CENTURY PARK SQUARE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ANNUAL AUDIT SERVICES The Century Park Square Community Development District (the "District") hereby requests proposals for annual financial auditing services. The proposal must provide for the auditing of the District's financial records for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2025, September 30, 2026, and September 30, 2027, with an option for an additional two (2) year renewal. The District is a local unit of special-purpose government created under Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of financing, constructing, and maintaining public infrastructure. The District was formed in 2024 and encompasses 28.45 acres within Miami-Dade County and the municipal limits of the City of Florida City. In 2025 there were special assessment bonds (the "Bonds") issued in the amount of $2,890,000. The Bonds financed all or a portion of certain public infrastructure improvements within the District. Additional information about the District is available upon request. All applicants must be duly licensed under Chapter 473 and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy (Yellow Book). Audits shall be conducted in accordance with Florida law and particularly Section 218.39, Florida Statutes, and the rules of the Florida Auditor General. Proposal packages, which include evaluation criteria and instructions to proposers, are available from the District Manager. Interested firms should submit one (1) copy and one (1) digital copy of their qualifications, and any other supporting documentation to the Century Park Square Community Development District, c/o Special District Services, Inc., 2501A Burns Road, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410 on or before 4:00 p.m. on August 19, 2025, in an envelope marked on the outside "Auditing Services-Century Park Square Community Development District".
