Public Notice ADMINISTRATIVE MODIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(V)(B) of the Code of the Mi- ami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved with condition(s) the following request for Administrative Modification to amend previously hearing plans approved pursuant to Resolution 4-ZAB-117-92, passed and adopted by Community Zoning Appeals Board on March 25, 1992. M2025000004: SE Cemeteries of Florida, LLC. d/b/a Woodlawn Park Cemetery Company Located at: 11600 SW 112nd Street, in incorporated Miami-Dade County REQUEST: 1. SE Cemeteries of Florida, LLC. d/b/a Woodlawn Park Cemetery Company requests the Administrative Modification of Condition No. 3 from Resolution No. 4-ZAB-117-92, further modified by Administrative Modification process M2016000003, reading as follows: FROM “2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled “Proposed Mausoleum Building – Caballero Rivero Woodland South”, as prepared by Jose Gonzalez, A.I.A. dated/stamped / received February 4, 2016, consisting of eight (8) sheets, and ‘Boundary Survey’, as prepared by Florida international Land Surveyors, Inc, dated/stamped/ received February 4, 2016, consisting of one (1) sheet; for a total of nine (9) sheets.” TO “2. That in the approval off the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled “Proposed Mausoleum Building at Woodland Park Cemetery South”, as prepared by ARPER Consulting Engineers, consisting of 11 (eleven) sheets dated/stamped/received May 13, 2025, and ‘Specific Purposed Survey’ as prepared by B+M Design Group Surveyors dated/stamped / received Mat 13, 2025, consisting of one (1) sheet; for a total of twelve (12) sheets.” The purpose of the Administrative Modification is to change the site plan in Resolution 4-ZAB-117-92, which was further amended by Administrative Modification No. M2016000003, to add an additional mausoleum.
