The offices of Town Council Wards One (1), Three (3), and One (1) Town Council At-Large Seat shall be elected for four-year terms to commence in January of 2026. If required, a runoff election will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Candidate Filing: Any citizen desiring to be a candidate for the above listed offices must be a qualified elector, resident of the Town of Fort Mill, and of the appropriate ward. Each candidate must file a Statement of Intention of Candidacy Form with the Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office of York County during the filing period. Candidate filing will open Wednesday, August 6, 2025 and close Friday, September 5, 2025. A filing fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) is required for all candidates.
