The offices of three (3) Town Council Seats shall be elected for four-year terms to commence in January of 2026. If required, a runoff election will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Candidate Filing: Any citizen desiring to be a candidate for the above listed offices must be a qualified elector and resident of the Town of Clover. Each candidate must file a Statement of Intention of Candidacy Form with the Board of Voter Registration and Elections Office of York County during the filing period. Candidate filing will open Wednesday, August 6, 2025 and close Friday, September 5, 2025. A filing fee of ninety dollars ($90.00) for the office of Town Council is required for all candidates. Filing fees are to be paid at the time of filing by each candidate via check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to the York County Treasurer.
