NOTICE OF LANDOWNERS AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING EPMORE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given to all landowners within Epmore Community Development District (the "District"), located wholly within Miami-Dade County (the "County"), in an area bounded by SW 162 Avenue on the west, SW 272 Street on the north, Theoretical SW 158 Passage on the east, and SW 276 Street advising that a meeting of landowners' will be held for the purpose of electing five [5] Supervisors. Date: August 15, 2025 Time: 9:15 A.M. Place: The Office of Lennar Homes 5505 Waterford District Drive Miami, Florida 33126 Each landowner may vote in person or by written proxy. Proxy forms may be obtained upon request at the office of the District Manager, Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351. At said meeting each landowner or his proxy shall be entitled to cast one vote per acre of land owned by him and located within the District for each person to be elected. A fraction of an acre shall be treated as one acre. Immediately following the landowners meeting there will be convened a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the purpose of considering certain organizational matters of the Board to include election of certain District officers, and other such business which may properly come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate as set forth above by computer, tablet, smartphone or telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this hearing is asked to contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681, at least 48 hours before the hearing. A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
