ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of York, Bethel Township, in Heron Cove subdivision, on Pine Moss Lane, designated as Lot 82, Heron Cove, and being fully shown and described on a plat entitled, "Final Plat of Heron Cove Subdivision, Phase IV, Lots 67-86", - prepared by Williams Engineering, Inc, dated November 2, 2007, recorded August 24, 2009, in Plat Book E-3 at page 7 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by this reference and having such metes, bounds, courses and distances as will appear by referring to said plat.
THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Pillar Custom Homes div. of Constructing Up, LLC by virtue of a Deed from Suryakant I. Patel dated November 30, 2021 and recorded December 3, 2021 in Book RB 19815 at 231 in the Office of the Clerk of Court for York County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: For cash. Interest at the current rate of 24% to be paid on balance of bid from date of sale to date of compliance. The purchaser to pay for papers and stamps, and that the successful bidder or bidders, other than the Plaintiff therein, will, upon the acceptance of his or her bid, deposit with the Master-in-Equity for York County a certified check or cash in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of bid on said premises at the sale as evidence of good faith in bidding, and subject to any resale of said premises under Order of this Court; and in the event the said purchaser or purchasers fail to comply with the terms of sale within Twenty (20) days, the Master-in-Equity for York County shall forthwith resell the said property, after the due notice and advertisement, and shall continue to sell the same each subsequent sales day until a purchaser, who shall comply with the terms of sale, shall be obtained, such sales to be made at the risk of the former purchaser. Plaintiff may waive any of its rights, including its right to a deficiency judgment, prior to sale. Sold subject to taxes and assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record. Neither the Court, nor Plaintiff, nor Plaintiff's counsel makes any warranty of title or representations with regard to the condition or existence of any improvements on the subject property.
