Such sale is being made by reason of your default on December 15, 2024 under that certain Security Agreement dated October 19, 2022, between you, as debtor, and, 21st Mortgage Corporation, as secured party, and pursuant to the rights of the undersigned under said Security Agreement and Section 9610 of the California Uniform Commercial Code.
