CWI Notice of Personal Service Contract The College of Western Idaho entered into a personal service agreement in June 2025 with Allied Universal Security to provide security services over the next year on all CWI campus locations. The cost of the agreement is approximately seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) over the next year.
