NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING WESTVIEW NORTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Westview North Community Development District will be held on July 29, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. at the Westview Clubhouse, 12500 NW 24th Ave, Miami, FL 33167. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss, review, consider, and take necessary action to initiate proceedings in connection with the purchase of the community's clubhouse and clubhouse facilities, including but not limited to ratification of the proposal for the inspector, consideration of inspection report, engineer's report regarding the acquisition of the clubhouse facilities and parcel, master assessment methodology related to non-ad valorem assessments associated with the club acquisition, initial assessment resolutions pursuant to Chapter 170, F.S., bond authorizing resolution, and any other items associated with moving forward with the acquisition of the club facilities and parcel. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
