Notice of Filing Application of Duke Energy Progress, LLC for Approval of Demand-Side Management and Energy Efficiency Rider 17, Decreasing Residential Rates and Decreasing Non-Residential Rates Docket No. 2025-203-E Why is this Notice Important? • This Notice is for electric utility customers of Duke Energy Progress, LLC (the “Company”) and interested persons. • TheCompanyfiledanApplicationforApprovalofDemand-SideManagement (“DSM”)andEnergyEfficiency (“EE”)Rider for2026 (“Rider17”), thatwill decrease residential rates and decrease non-residential rates with the Public ServiceCommissionofSouthCarolina(the“Commission”),andtheCommission decideswhatratesautilitycancharge.
