NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Council of the City of Modesto on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th Street, Modesto, California, to consider: Hearing to consider adopting a resolution authorizing the City Clerk to establish and administer a Passport Service Program and approving related fees. All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given the opportunity to be heard.
