You have been made a Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Plaintiff, MAZE PROPERTIES LLC, a Mississippi Limited Liability Company seeking to confirm its title to the property described above, acquired from a tax sales on August 27, 2018, for taxes for the year 2017, (LOT 2238) – assessed to David N. Griffith, on August 31, 2020, for the taxes for the year 2019 (LOT 2622) assessed to C D Tubbs and Willie Bee Tubbs. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to DAVID PILGER, Attorney for the Plaintiff whose address is 1406 Bienville Blvd., Suite 101, Ocean Springs, Mississippi, 39564.
