NOTICE Pierce County Planning and Public Works, 2702 S 42nd St Ste 109 Tacoma, WA 98409, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, County Road Project 5939, is located at 104th Street East (Golden Given Road East to 16th Avenue East) in Tacoma / unincorporated Pierce County. This project involves 1.27 acres of soil disturbance for road construction activities. Most discharges and runoff go to groundwater with a potential for minimal discharge to North Fork Clover Creek Tributary 5. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecology's action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
