CITY OF HOLMES BEACH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held, and the following proposed Ordinance will be considered for adoption at the Regular Meeting of the Holmes Beach City Commission to be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at the Holmes Beach City Hall, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, Florida at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard. Ordinance 25-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HOLMES BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING PART I, CHAPTER 66 WATERWAYS, ARTICLE IV, SEAWALLS. BULKHEADS, DOCKS AND PIERS, BY DELETING EXISTING SECTION 66.105 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS FOR SEAWALLS AND REPLACING WITH NEW ARTICLE IV, SHORELINE STABILIZATION AND CONSTRUCTION; MAKING RELATED FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. No stenographic record by a certified court reporter will be made of this meeting. Accordingly, any person who may seek to appeal any decisions involving the matters noticed herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at this meeting upon which any appeal is to be based.
