Said parcel of property carries the County Parcel Number 0403-19-011.044. Being the same property conveyed to 21st Mortgage Corporation by deed dated 8/29/2011 and recorded 9/1/2011 in Book 2011 Page 5543 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi. Said parcel of property is the same recorded in Deed Book 1543 Page 210 Land Deed Records of Jackson County, Mississippi. Said Book and Page reference was inadvertently listed as Book 154, Page 210 in the subsequent Deed to Slade Gros and Allison Gros recorded in Book 2005, Page 20977, as well as the above referenced deed.
