Request for Prequalification 1st Tier Subcontractors Durham County Utilities Administration Building Metcon, Inc., as Construction Manager on behalf of Durham County Utilities Administration Building, 6001 North Carolina 55, Durham, NC 27713 is requesting interested Trade Partners to prequalify. Prequalification forms can be requested by contacting tharris@metconus.com or by contacting Tina Harris, Prequalification Manager at (910) 521-8013. The Prequalification deadline is October 10, 2025. Project Description: Project consists of two, single-story buildings. The Utility Admin. Bldg. is a 26,888 SF glulam structure with CMU exterior walls with face brick and metal wall panels, full fire protection and MEP. The second building is a warehouse, 9.145 SF steel-framed structure with CMU exterior walls with face brick and metal wall panels, full fire protection and MEP.
