NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Council of the City of Modesto on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th Street, Modesto, California, to consider a contract for the use of an automated enforcement system (red light cameras) in the City of Modesto. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
