LEGAL NOTICE The Ferguson Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday July 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM, to hear the following variance requests: The variance request of Erica Brindley 911 Teaberry Lane, State College, PA 16803 regarding the property at 911 Teaberry Lane, tax parcel 24-118-118. The applicant is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance Chapter 27-701 Floodplain Conservation in order to construct a patio in in rear yard that is FEMA Floodplain. The property is located in PRD, Planned Residential Zoning District. This hearing is a continuance of a hearing held February 25, 2025.
