City of Gulfport The City of Gulfport is seeking sealed bids for the Installation and Removal of Decorative Elements for the Harbor Lights Winter Show. Sealed bids will be received in the Procurement Office located at 1422 23rd Avenue, Jones Bldg, 2nd Floor, Gulfport, MS 39501 until 10:00 am CST (local time) on July 25, 2025. Questions – All questions regarding this bid should be directed via email at jversiga@gulfport-ms.gov . All questions must be submitted in writing, telephonic inquiries will not be considered. The City will not be responsible for bids which are mailed or delivered to the wrong address or which arrive after the designated bid opening time. Bids may be delivered in person to the Procurement Office prior to the bid opening at the time, date and location listed above or uploaded to www.gulfportmsbids.com . The project will be awarded to the lowest and most qualified bidder. However, the City of Gulfport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to wave any informality.
