(local time), Thursday, August 21, 2025. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the first floor Conference Room by the Rowan County Purchasing Department, located at 130 West Innes Street, Salisbury, North Carolina 28144. All Contractors are hereby notified that they shall have proper Contractor's licenses as required by the state laws governing their respective trade in the state where this Project is located. Contracts funded with federal grant funds must be procured in a manner that conforms with all applicable Federal laws, policies, and standards.
