San Juan Water District INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the San Juan Water District, located at San Juan Water District, 9935 Auburn Folsom Road, Granite Bay, CA 95746, until August 5, 2025 local time at 1:30 P.M., or such later date as may be set by addendum, and then will be publicly opened and read for the construction of the following public works project: San Juan Water District Deck Replacement Project. The San Juan Water District's Deck Replacement Project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of a 2,318 square foot composite deck, footings and railings and the construction of a new concrete patio of nearly the same dimensions, a 35'x38 wood patio cover, shade sails and post supports, the replacement of a gravity sewer pipeline, and site drainage improvements. The District will hold a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on July 22, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. at the District's main office.
