LEGAL NOTICE BEACH AVENUE CLOSURE Per WCC 12.06.101, Whatcom County Public Works will temporarily close Beach Avenue on Lummi Island for landslide repairs. Weekday daytime closures begin Monday, July 14, 2025. Starting July 21, the road will be closed to all traffic 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, between Cedar Avenue and Aiston Creek Road for approximately two months.
