CENTENNIAL AUTHORITY LENOVO CENTER – ENHANCEMENT PROJECT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR FURNISHINGS The Centennial Authority (the "Authority") as owner of the Lenovo Center (the "Arena"), 1400 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27607, seeks proposals from qualified contractors/vendors for new furnishings in newly constructed hospitality areas and the replacement and upgrade of certain existing furnishings associated with the Arena Enhancement Project. Project specifications are available from Jim Baker, Construction Manager with the Authority JBaker@CentAuth.com. Prospective contractors/vendors are invited to quote a one-time fee and contract price for the construction, fabrication and installation of the desired furnishings. Applicable taxes should be included in the fee quotes. Requests for the RFP document, and/or inquiries regarding specifications should be submitted immediately; general responses/proposals should be submitted electronically to JBaker@CentAuth.com on or before 4:00 pm, July 28, 2025.
