Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8th day of July, 2025, the Council of Boise City received the following requests.
THE REQUEST(S) ARE AS FOLLOWS:
CPA25-00002 & CAR25-00004 / Rodney Evans + Partner, LLC / 2626 and 2680 S Maple Grove Rd / Comprehensive plan amendment to change the land use designation from "Industrial" to "Suburban" within a proposed R-1C/AI-O (Residential: Traditional with Airport Influence Area Overlay) zone and a rezone from R-1A/AI-O (Residential: Large Lot with Airport Influence Area Overlay) to R-1C/AI-O (Residential: Traditional with Airport Influence Area Overlay) located on 3.99 acres

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Mayor and Council have set the meeting to take place on August 19th, 2025, in the Council Chambers of City Hall when Council meets in Regular Session. At this time and place a public hearing for interested parties and citizens alike shall have an opportunity to be heard.
At such hearing the Council may, after due consideration, either accept, reject or modify the foregoing Commission recommendations.
