Comment Period Deadline: Easement Vacation: August 18, 2025 Proposal: City staff has submitted a request for City Council to vacate a portion of an existing easement (VAC2025-001). The area proposed for vacation consists of the eastern 3 feet of an easement originally established under Auditor's File Number (AFN) 487139, previously associated with the Convention Drive alignment and granted by the Northern Pacific Railway Company in Pasco, Washington. This proposal is subject to the applicable procedures and criteria outlined in the Pasco Municipal Code. Legal Description: PARCEL NO. 114330052 AND 114330053 Comprising approximately 4,155 square feet (0.1 acres) Public Comment Period: Written comments regarding the proposal may be submitted to the Community Development Department by email at barragani@pasco-wa.gov, by mail to PO Box 293, Pasco, WA 99301, or in person at City Hall, beginning July 21, 2025, through August 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM. All written comments received during this period will be included in the City Council's meeting packet.
