Carlton Tyson Revocable Trust for parcel number 06141012B, totaling 4.181 acres. The property is located off the Waxhaw Parkway East corridor, near the Providence Farms subdivision. Conditional Rezoning Petition CD-006-2024 for the Views at Olivia A request has been submitted by the applicant Tyson Carlton Mark Trustee for a conditional rezoning/map amendment of parcels 06141012, 06141012D, 06141012E, and 06141012B from Employment Center (EC) zoning to Conditional Zoning Mixed Use (CZ-MU). The parcels are approximately 33.34 acres. The property is located off the Waxhaw Parkway East corridor, near the Providence Farms subdivision. The public is invited to attend the hearing.
