The Waxhaw Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 6:30 PM or soon thereafter in the Board Chambers of the Waxhaw Town Hall, located at 4218 Waxhaw-Marvin Road, Waxhaw, NC on the following item:
Voluntary Annexation Petition 18-236
A request for voluntary annexation has been submitted by Carlton Mark Tyson, Trustee of the L. Carlton Tyson Revocable Trust for parcel number 06141012B, totaling 4.181 acres. The property is located off the Waxhaw Parkway East corridor, near the Providence Farms subdivision.
Conditional Rezoning Petition CD-006-2024 for the Views at Olivia
A request has been submitted by the applicant Tyson Carlton Mark Trustee for a conditional rezoning/map amendment of parcels 06141012, 06141012D, 06141012E, and 06141012B from Employment Center (EC) zoning to Conditional Zoning Mixed Use (CZ-MU). The parcels are approximately 33.34 acres. The property is located off the Waxhaw Parkway East corridor, near the Providence Farms subdivision.
The public is invited to attend the hearing. Substantial changes may occur to the request based on comments from the Public Hearing. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to recess the public hearing to another place and time.
