NOTICE CALLING FOR NOMINATING PETITIONS FOR THE OFFICE OF TRUSTEE OF RECLAMATION DISTRICT 1667 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Water Code Section 50731.5, nominating petitions for the office of trustee of Reclamation District No. 1667 must be presented to the district's attorney at RD1667 c/o 1112 I Street, Suite 370, Sacramento, CA 95814, from August 21 until 5:00 pm on September 11, 2025. The term of one trustee of this district expires this year and this office will be filled from the persons nominated. An election, if one will be held, is scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2025. In order to be eligible for office, a person must be a landowner or a legal representative of a landowner within the District and must complete a nominating petition available from the district secretary. If the number of nominations does not exceed the number of available offices, and no petition for election is filed, those submitting nominating petitions shall be appointed to office pursuant to Section 10515 of the Elections Code.
