RFP: Idaho Central Aquatic Center Parking Lot Expansion ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Greater Boise Auditorium District (GBAD) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for complete Design-Build services to design and construct the expansion of the existing parking lot of the Idaho Central Boise Aquatic Center. Submittals will be received, beginning immediately, in PDF format by GBAD representatives through email per written instruction outlined in the RFP, until July 25, 2025. At the time of submittal, the Design-Builder shall have a current Public Works contractor license in the State of Idaho and is required to provide full Construction Documents and Construction Observation Services.
