Notice of Special Meeting Islands at Doral Townhomes Community Development District A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Islands at Doral Townhomes Community Development District ("District") will be held on July 29, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Doral Legacy Park – Conference Room, 11400 NW 82nd Street, Doral, Florida. At the special meeting, the Board of Supervisors will consider and discuss organizational matters, the minutes of the last meeting, staff reports, and any other business which may lawfully and properly come before them. This notice is given in accordance with the requirements of Section 189.417, Florida Statutes. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. Members of the public may also participate from a computer, tablet, or phone. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager's office at lhernandez@managserv.com in advance to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting.
