NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF THE RIGHT TO REDEEM
To Whom it May Concern:
Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel P072-0184, lying and being in the City of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia, containing 0.08 acres, more or less, being Lot 38, Block J, shown in Plat Book 16, Page 99, being a portion of the property described in Deed Book 5794, Page 36, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 366 Gaillard Street.
Said property is also known as Map and Parcel No.
P072-0184 in the Bibb County Tax Assessors'
Office.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th day of July, 2025.
The deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day September, 2019 (Deed Book 10446, page 55-56) and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia and deed dated 3rd day March, 2020 (Deed Book 10529, page 98-100) and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia.
