LEGAL NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETINGS The Board of Trustees of The Pennsylvania State University hereby gives legal notice that pursuant to Section 708 (a)(1) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act the Equity and Human Resources Committee will hold an Executive Session beginning at 2:30 p.m. ET on Friday, July 11, 2025, to consider a personnel matter. The Board of Trustees of The Pennsylvania State University hereby gives legal notice of meetings to be held on July 17 -18, 2025, at Penn State Abington. On Thursday, July 17, 2025, the Committee on Student Success will meet at 10:00 am. The Committee on Research and Technology will meet at 11:15 am. The Committee on Governance will meet at 1:30 pm. The Committee on Finance and Investment will meet at 2:30 pm. Notice is also given that pursuant to Section 708 (a)(3) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act the Committee will hold an Executive Session following the public meeting to discuss a possible real estate transaction. Notice is also given that the Board will hold an Executive Session on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 11:00 am pursuant to Sections 708 (a)(1) and 708 (a)(4) of the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. Beginning at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 18, 2025, the Board will meet. The meeting is open to the public and available via live stream.
