PUBLIC PARTICIPATION NOTICE – DCED Emergency Solutions Grant Centre County will be applying for ESG grant funds, through the Department of Community & Economic Development, to fund a homeless prevention program, emergency shelter services, and Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) administration. Centre County will be requesting $389,487.88 to fund this project for 18 months. The Board of Commissioners will take action on this proposed grant submission during the Board of Commissioners' meeting on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025. A public hearing will be held on Monday, July 7th at 11:30am in room 146 at the Willowbank Building (420 Holmes St., Bellefonte, PA 16823). Written comment will be accepted until Monday, July 14th at 5pm and can be submitted to Faith Ryan, Director, Office of Adult Services, via email at frryan@centrecountypa.gov.
