PUBLIC NOTICE Jerod and Nicole Stromer will apply to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to install a 225.62 +/- long, 3' high wood bulkhead along the critical line, 4' x 24' walkway, 3' x 20' ramp, 8' x 15' float and a 11' x 12' boatlift for private use, at/in 264 Sugar Land Road, Lot 10 on the Pocotaligo River.
