UPDATED ANNUAL NOTICE OF PUBLISHING LEGALLY REQUIRED ADVERTISEMENTS AND PUBLIC NOTICES ON MIAMI-DADE COUNTY'S DESIGNATED PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE WEBSITE
Pursuant to Section 50.0311(6), Florida Statutes, the City of Miami Beach hereby advises the public that effective July 13, 2025, all ordinances, including ordinances and notices related to Land Development applications, Land Development Regulations (LDR) amendments, and Comprehensive Plan amendments, along with other legally required advertisements and public notices, will be published on the publicly accessible website designated by Miami-Dade County for such publications. These advertisements and public notices will be in searchable form and will indicate the date each advertisement or public notice was first published.
To access these advertisements and notices, visit Miami-Dade County's designated website at http://legalads.miamidade.gov/ and filter by municipality.
Residents and property owners who wish to receive notices and advertisements by first-class mail or email must submit a written request to the Office of the City Clerk. To make a request, please provide your name and mailing address or email address. You can submit your request by emailing CityClerk@miamibeachfl.gov; mailing it to 1700 Convention Center Drive, 1st Floor, Miami Beach, FL 33139; or visiting the Office of the City Clerk in person at the same address.
Physical copies of advertisements and public notices will be delivered to senior centers, senior housing facilities, and Miami Beach public libraries every Tuesday.
This notice updates the previously published advertisements of September 22, 2024, and December 1, 2024.
