State College Borough Water Authority Request for Proposals Rooftop Solar Project The Pennsylvania Solar Center is accepting a Request For Proposals (RFP) from qualified solar developers on behalf of the State College Borough Water Authority, located at 1201 W. Branch Road State College PA, 16801. The project involves the design, permitting, equipment purchase, construction and interconnection of an approximately 170-killowatt photovoltaic roof top system including all appurtenances necessary for the system to operate along with an optional additional 38-killowatt photovoltaic system on an adjacent building. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM est. at the above address.
