NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on July 22, 2025, a public hearing as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Code") will be held with respect to the proposed issuance by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority of its qualified 501(c)(3) bonds to finance health care facilities in one or more series from time to time pursuant to a plan of finance in an amount not to exceed $880,000,000 (the "Bonds"). The proceeds of the Bonds will be used by Kaiser Foundation Hospitals (the "Corporation") or certain of its affiliates to finance or refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement, equipping, renovation, rehabilitation, remodeling and other capital projects of: (i) certain health facilities located at or near 4531 and 4601 Dale Rd., Modesto, CA (not to exceed $162,000,000); and (ii) the health facilities of the Corporation and other of its affiliates located elsewhere in California. The facilities listed above are owned and operated by the Corporation or its affiliates, each a nonprofit public benefit corporation as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. The hearing will commence at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard and will be held in the City Council Chambers, 1010 10 th Street, Modesto, California. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of the Bonds or on the nature and location of the health facilities proposed to be financed or refinanced may attend the public hearing or, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments.
