For the: PORT OF PASCO, REIMANN INDUSTRIAL CENTER RAIL LEAD TRACK - PHASE I - PROJECT This Contract provides for the establishment and construction of an industrial rail lead track that reaches the southerly half of Port of Pasco's Reimann Industrial Center in North Pasco and includes railroad roadbed construction, at-grade signalized railroad crossing of Railroad Ave, track and special track work construction and other work as described in the Contract Documents.
