REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB) NOTICE For the construction of the Central Coast Water Authority (CCWA) Piping Replacement Shutdown Project, CCWA is publishing this RFB seeking competitive bids from qualified and appropriately licensed general building or mechanical contractors. The project consists of replacing piping at two locations within the authority, one in Shandon and the other in Arroyo Grande. PRE-BID CONFERENCE ~ Prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference of the proposed work sites which will be conducted by the CCWA at 9:00 am on July 14th, 2025, at the Shandon site and July 15th, 2025, at the Arroyo Grande site. Central Coast Water Authority staff will be present at the sites and will be able to answer questions.
