Notice is hereby given that the Tumwater Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing at or about 9:00 a.m., on Friday, July 18, 2025, for consideration of the following:
Item #1: Appeal of Administrative Site Plan Review Decision for Littlerock Rowhomes Project
Case #: Site Plan Review: TUM-23-0872; Administrative Appeal: TUM-25-0459
Description of Proposal: Administrative appeal of conditions within site plan review decision.
Applicant: Fourth Street Housing, LLC. 324 West Bay Drive NW, Olympia, WA 98502
Location of Proposal: Four parcels totaling 4.52 acres located at 7223 Littlerock Road SW, Tumwater, WA 98512. Tax Parcel Numbers 12704430901, 12704430902, 12704430903 and 12704430904.
The appeal hearing will be held both virtually via Zoom and in person at Tumwater City Hall.
