The public comment period on this document extends from the date of this announcement through August 13, 2025. Written comments will be accepted on this document through August 13, 2025, and should be addressed to the attention of Greg Eiler at the above address. MDEQ will also hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room in the offices of MDEQ located at 515 E. Amite Street in Jackson, Mississippi, to receive written or verbal comments on this document regardless of how they are received, equal consideration will be given to all comments prior to final adoption of this document.
