PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The Western Pulaski County Water District, Pulaski, Somerset Kentucky is accepting Statement of Qualifications for engineering design, inspection, and supervision services to be performed in the implementation of the "WTLO Road Water Line Replacement, KY Highway 80 Water Transmission Main Connection, and Old Columbia Road Water Storage Tank Replacement Project". Project funds are being requested through the RUS Loan and Grant Program. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of written material and in order to be considered, responses must be received prior to 4:00 p.m. local time on July 25, 2025 at the Western Pulaski County Water District in Somerset, Kentucky.
