The City of Anna Maria Board of City Commissioners requests interested parties to submit formal sealed bids/proposals for the above referenced
Scope of Work: The City is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Debris Monitoring Services required during an emergency. Such events include, but are not limited to, hurricanes, tornadoes, red tide or other algal events, windstorms, floods, fires, or manmade disaster(s) such as civil unrest and terrorist attacks. The Contractor shall be responsible for monitoring the recovery efforts of the City's Debris Removal Contractor(s) (DRC) in the field in accordance with Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) policies and guidelines, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Stafford Act, and any other governmental agency with jurisdiction over response and recovery actions, including the City's requirements. The Contractor will be responsible for staying current with all FEMA and other agencies guidelines and regulations and will be responsible for advising the City from beginning to end to ensure maximum financial recovery for the City.
