NOTICE OF HEARING TO DETERMINE HEIRS AT LAW: TO THE RESPONDENTS ABOVE-NAMED: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing has been scheduled for September 11, 2025, at 10:30 o'clock, a.m. at the Beaufort County Probate Court, 102 Ribaut Road, Beaufort, South Carolina 29902, for the purpose of determining the heirs-at-law of Joan Poenisch Ultsch (hereinafter, the "Decedent"). This action was commenced by the Petitioner on June 16, 2025, at the Beaufort County Probate Court to have the Probate Court declare that Thomas Paul Ultsch, Cathy Jo Ultsch, Daniel Edward Ultsch and Evonne Ultsch Umbel are the sole heirs-at-law of the Decedent upon her death on or about March 1, 2011. Any objections to the Petitioner's right to commence this action, as to the current owners of real property that was owned by the Decedent at the time of her death, or to Petitioner's prayer for relief declaring the aforementioned person to have been the sole heirs-at-law of the Decedent must be filed with the Beaufort County Probate Court on or before Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 10:30 o'clock, a.m., or advanced in person at the scheduled hearing.
