Public Announcement – Conoco Pipeline Spill Site Wichita, Kansas Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) requests public comment on the Draft Agency Decision Statement (ADS) for the Conoco Gasoline Spill Site located at 31st Street South and 127th Street East, Wichita, Kansas. This Draft ADS identifies the preferred remedial alternative to address residual contamination at the Site. KDHE will select a final remedy after reviewing and considering information submitted during the 15-day public comment period (July 7 through July 22, 2025). KDHE may modify this alternative or select another response action based on new information or public comments. A copy of this Draft ADS and other site documents are available for review at the Wichita Public Library, Advanced Learning Library, 711 West 2nd Street North, Wichita, Kansas, 67203 (316.261.8500).
