Liberty Utilities (Peach State Natural Gas) Corp. ("Liberty Utilities") filed its petition for approval of its 2025-2026 Gas Supply Plan with the Georgia Public Service Commission (the "Commission") on July 1, 2025, under O.C.G.A. § 46-2-26.5. This matter has been assigned Docket No. 56178 and is scheduled for public hearing in the Commission's Hearing Room, 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, GA 30334-5701 (Room 110) at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at which time anyone interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to express views. Under O.C.G.A. § 46-2-59 and Commission Utility Rule 515-2-1-.06, persons wishing to intervene must file an application to intervene within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice.
