KING, Trustee, for the benefit of ROBERT NGUYEN, executed September 15, 2021 and duly recorded in Deed of Trust Book 3834 at Pages 289-293 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, ROBERT NGUYEN, Beneficiary, executed a Substitution of Trustee for that certain Deed of Trust duly recorded in Deed of Trust Book 3834 at Pages 289-293, to appoint and substitute E.
