NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 PROPOSED FINAL BUDGET(S); TO CONSIDER THE IMPOSITION OF MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS; ADOPTION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL; AND PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY, COLLECTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE SAME
The Board of Supervisors of the Bonterra Community Development District will hold a Regular Meeting and Public Hearing on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Club Bonterra, located at 9501 West 35th Court, Hialeah, Florida 33018.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment and objections on the Fiscal Year 2026 Proposed Final Budget(s); to consider the adoption of an Assessment Roll; the imposition of special assessments to fund the Proposed Budget upon the lands located within the District; and to provide for the levy, collection and enforcement of the non-ad valorem assessments. The Public Hearing is being conducted pursuant to Chapters 190 and 197, Florida Statutes (F.S.). At the conclusion of the Budget Public Hearing, the Board shall, by Resolution, approve levying a non-ad valorem assessment and adopt the Budget as finally approved by the Board.
The District may also fund various facilities through the collection of certain rates, fees and charges, which are identified within the Budget(s). In accordance with Section 189.016, F.S., the Proposed Budget will be posted on the District's website (www.bonterracdd.com) at least two (2) days before the Budget Public Hearing date. A copy of the Proposed Final Budget(s), Preliminary Assessment Roll and/or the agenda for the Public Hearing and Meeting may be obtained from the District Manager's Office by writing to Sandra.Demarco@Inframark.com
The Board will also consider any other business which may properly come before it at the Regular Meeting. The Hearing and Meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The Public Hearing and Meeting may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at the Hearing, and/or Meeting without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate via telephone or virtually using communications media technology. Any interested person can attend the Hearing and/or Meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place. Please check the District's website, www.bonterracdd.com, for the latest information.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Public Hearing or Meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and accordingly, the person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
