PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department (IGD) is seeking proposals for Engineering Services for the City of E. St. Louis PY25 Project. Proposal packets can be obtained Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at: St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants DepartmentCommunity Development Group19 Public Square, Suite 200Belleville, Illinois 62220llud@co.st-clair.il.us The application, qualifications and requirements will be included in the proposal packets. All proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on July 23rd 2025, and directed to Lisa Ludwig, CDBG Program Assistant at St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department, 19 Public Square, Suite 200, Belleville, Illinois 62220. Any proposal received after this date will be returned to the sender unopened. IGD reserves the right to accept any proposal and any part or parts thereof or to reject any and/or all proposals. All proposals will be reviewed, and the most qualified and cost effective will be considered. Notification letters of acceptance or denial will be sent within 60 days of RFP due date.
