Sierra Joint Community College District- Rocklin Campus- Frontage Landscape
Invitation for Bid (IFB) #26-001
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Sierra Joint Community College District ('District') will receive bids electronically up to, but no later than, 2:00p.m. PT on August 5, 2025, from qualified firms to award a contract for the District's Frontage Landscape Project ('Project'), IFB #26-001. Bids must be submitted through the District's online procurement portal at https://sierracollege.bonfirehub.com. Bidding documents are also available at this link.
The Project consists of the demolition of existing landscape and hardscape features; grading; installation of new landscape and hardscape features such as plants, trees, concrete, and irrigation systems. Bidders are required to possess a State of California Class B contractor's license.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at 10:00a.m. PT on July 8, 2025, at 5100 Sierra College Blvd. Rocklin, CA, 95677, Building YT-3, estimated duration is one hour.
