FOLEY RANSON, Trustee, for the benefit of WILLIAM H. NORTH, III, dated July 27, 2024 and duly recorded July 29, 2024 in Deed of Trust Book 4086 at Pages 573-582 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, TONYA HICKS and ROBERT HICKS have defaulted in the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby; and WHEREAS, WILLIAM H.
